Delighted with that first half. With a less experienced/more rotated squad, we’re playing much better than we did against Scotland in the Six Nations. Proper arm wrestle this second half now, come on Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

This Welsh defence is night and day from what it was in the Six Nations. And we’ve still got another gear to go up when Al Cal’s back 💪🏻

A month or so ago, we had a meeting with ex England lock George Kruis, who talked us through an area we don’t know very well: the lineout. We view rugby as a science, and it was *so* cool hearing his perspective on the art of a good lineout call. Nice guy, super insightful!

This weekend, the Springboks became the first team to beat New Zealand 4 games in a row since 1949, putting one hand on the Championship title & taking the Freedom Cup in the process. So, how did they do it, and how should NZ be feeling after another loss? youtu.be/ONitwimQzHg

There was so much to pick out of this test. But loved going over it. The Bok pack just keep finding more and more ways to be world beating. Have a look at our thoughts...

Back playing competitive rugby today and buzzing to be a part of it. See also: my reaction to the fact this means I have to miss the Red Roses vs Black Ferns game

Baffled by the lack of Gwennan Hopkins in this squad, especially given how keen Cunningham has been in past to blood young players. Kinda sus. (Also give us the Al Cal Captain Era already)

Looking back over this squad - only 4 specialist back-rows, 4 specialist back three players, 2 9s, 2 10s. 30 players total. Crabb, Hopkins, Neumann, Webb all left at home. Do we reckon it's possible the WRU can't be arsed to expense/fly out any more players than the bare minimum?
