Days 5 and 6 of 13 days in Canada: We spent yesterday mostly in transit to Montreal and explored the city today. After a bit of a wonky start to the day, we got Montreal bagels, explored the Biodôme, hiked Mount Royal, and got dinner as recommended by Simon Dube, PhD!

Day 4 of 13 days in Canada: Finally made it out to Lake Louise/Lake Agnes and got afternoon tea at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. A day I will remember forever. Thank you to our server for quietly continuing to fill our champagne glasses all afternoon 🥂

Day 3 of 13 days in Canada: Banff has become a very special place for us. We spent the morning at Johnston Canyon and hiked to the ink pots. The whole area was breathtaking. Davis also had his first beaver tail 🦫

Banff is, hands down, the most beautiful place I have ever been in my life. I took this photo with my phone, and it doesn’t even begin to capture the magnificence of this place. I spent the day in awe.

Day 2 of 13 days in Canada 🇨🇦 : Banff National Park, featuring longhorn sheep, Lake Minnewanka, an appropriately sized soft pretzel, and Davis’s first Nanaimo bar.
