Looking forward to seeing my first event at BEAM Hertford tonight, & remembering last thing I saw before theatre’s redevelopment. A wonderful Hertford Symphony Orchestra concert conducted by the late Tom Hammond, in surreal days before theatre & the world shut down in pandemic.

Nice to see a small ToysRUs opening in WH Smith’s in #Hertford…..although a little ironic that the arrival of their mega stores in the U.K. were a contributing factor to my father’s toy shop in the town closing in 1991.

A lovely family outing today to celebrate the very big milestone of my parents’ Golden Wedding Anniversary. We’ve seen lots of London, from a boat on the river & the London Eye.
