#Accountability is key. Setting daily, actionable #milestones can make the difference. End each day with #gratitude and #review what you’ve accomplished.

Real #change starts with small, consistent steps. Combine big, infrequent #shifts with little daily tweaks. All these #victories lead to #success.

It isn’t work life balance. It is not work-life blend. Not even work-life integration works. Not because I won’t accept it; it’s not possible. The question is, “How much do I stand on that side of the balance beam … or that side ? I go all in… You?
