It always surprises people when I tell them that I never had a single Black teacher or professor in my entire education. It shouldn’t be that way.

All I'm saying is, I wish that people (politicians, the media, the general public) were as worked up about underfunded schools, classes being cancelled due to lack of a teacher, school repairs, mental health supports, and clean air, as they are about cellphones. 🤷🏿‍♂️ #OntEd
