We are under LOI on a small business acquisition. Most deals have red flags and qualities that could dissuade searchers from moving on it and ours is no different. We have mitigated some risk with creative financing structure. Incentives are aligned and “blindside” protected

Summer training and conditioning is a huge factor into performance in training camp and the season. What is the equivalent in the small business world? Does 3 sets of 10 squats roughly translate into 2 hours of podcast listening in your specific niche?

There is no better place to get in shape and train for a season than in Florida in the summer. If you can physically do it here, you can do it anywhere. #SwampSweaty

We’re under LOI and it has "died" multiple times through the process for various reasons with miscomms being the number 1 culprit. Getting a deal done takes perseverance without guarantee that your efforts will result in the desired outcome. And this is the easy part… #SMB
