🧵 In one of the later chapters in ‘Let’s talk about flex’ I talk about the privilege of full time work. For many colleagues, for many reasons, full time simply isn’t an option. This may be due to health, childcare, caring commitments, travel barriers, the list is endless.

I never understood the point of announcing a major overhaul of exams that never had the slightest chance of happening. A very obvious waste of time and money.
