How about an interactive map showing people where they can find healthcare when their local ED is closed due to lack of staffing? Where the homeless can seek shelter, and families working to make ends meet can find a food bank? Or a map of COVID safe businesses?

It makes me furious that Doug Ford can publish an interactive map to find beer after just one weekend but he won’t do the same thing to help any of the 2.3 million Ontarians who can’t find a family doctor. #onpoli #onhealth

Ford Conservatives have no hesitation spending public money for a parking garage benefiting a luxury spa but can’t seem to raise social assistance rates to bring it up to the poverty line.

Immediate and unfettered access to alcohol - at any cost - is a far more important policy priority for this Conservative Ontario government than basic public health surveillance at a tiny fraction of the cost. It’s backwards. It takes my breath away.

There is very little public demand for this Doug Ford policy. If someone needs a drink that badly, they should probably visit one of Ontario's underfunded alcohol/other drug counselling programs - not a 7-Eleven.
