New: Legislative Analyst P98 and K12 report estimates the #LCFF COLA will be 8.4% in 2023-24, slightly higher than the 8.13% COLA in the Governor’s proposed budget. However, the report estimates lower state revenues in 2022-23 which could reduce the Prop 98 guarantee.
