It's totally valid for you to feel whatever emotions you feel about your chronic illness. It's okay if those emotions are complex and difficult to decipher.

My MCAS meds, electrolytes, water, heating pad, and Theragun are my top ones that help Active rest, sleep, and stress management can also be really helpful alongside spending time with friends in some capacity like playing games or chatting

Trusting cops to judge who is "legitimately" wearing a mask for health reasons is ridiculous. Cops have been some of the biggest COVID deniers. They don't understand and won't be willing to acknowledge everyone has a right to wear a mask because everyone is vulnerable to COVID.

let’s say you’re going grocery shopping. somebody who was covid positive and unmasked was shopping there 4 hours ago. you go shopping after that 4 hours. you are still breathing in what they breathed out, meaning you can get covid. this is why masking indoors is essential!

Requiring a doctor’s note to get accommodations is extremely classist in a country where healthcare isn’t free and I wish we talked about it more.

A uniquely chronic illness experience I’ve had a lot is people not ever checking on me, but asking others about me (I.e. my spouse or my mom) which to me makes it feel like gossip and not actual care or support.

Has anyone with #MCAS tried the cromolyn compounded tablets? With this current shortage I’m not able to find any of my liquid vials so I’m considering switching over to the tablets Would love to hear any experiences with the tablets 🫂
