We are allowing a few dozen people to disrupt the democratic process that serves four million residents. Allowing this disruptive and disrespectful behavior undermines the purpose of the city council, and public civility.

Congratulations Karen Bass on your historic victory. I pray for your success in making #LosAngeles the world class city that it deserves to be.
