Be careful with this once Many patients will be unstable alongside AF, but the ⬇️BP is driven by the e.g sepsis rather than the AF IMO shocks should be reserved for patients where you think the AF is *causing* the ⬇️BP (more likely in structural heart disease, very high rates)
