Oh well. After parking at an 'old fashioned' meter last week, I told myself, thankfully Boston hasn't replaced these meters yet. wgbh.org/news/local/202…

I plan to lead an AMC hike through Solari Square a week from Saturday. It’ll start around 10:00 and end around 10:01.

Wow. That’s a small park. But Solari Square in East Boston (yes it’s technically a park - trust me) is not much bigger. The other microscopic park in Boston is in Clam Point in Dorchester.

Could Boston be the artificial intelligence hub of the future?

John Werner hopes so. He's gathering a group of tech and business leaders at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) this week to discuss how they can embrace AI - not fall behind.

This morning on GBH News, he joins me to discuss his hopes and fears

Narragansett is looking to ban duplexes after 2023 housing legislation made undersized lots maybe? buildable.
The reason?
An extra unit will be too much density!
In the same meeting, they continued to bemoan . . . A lack of housing!

My second favorite song by the band. There's a reason it stayed in the set list (albeit in truncated form) all the way until the end.
