Although we are believing that SBRT may help to manage some intractable VTs, there is still little information on its long-term safety. This case suggests that there may be some serious side effects seen later during FU. Careful follow up is needed.

Nice, however, not entirely predictive of the effect. We use dr Pachon ´s technique of extracardiac vagal stimulation. You can repeat after each ablation and you can study separately effect on SA and AV node (spontanous or paced rhythm).

We would like to announce the date of the next edition of the Prague Rhythm- March 19-21, 2023.

Last week (15.6.2023) we tested at IKEM Prague, together with Prof Karol Curila from Charles University hospital Kralovske Vinohrady during an implant procedure of the LBBB lead the utility of intracardiac echocardiography. See nice image.

Thanks to a support by Abbott, we performed for Together VT with Jana Haskova a nice VT case after myocardial infarction with shared isthmus for 2 morphologies of VT.
