UAW has meanwhile withdrawn allegations against Volkswagen that the union brought to the National Labor Relations Board before the election.

Volkswagen will negotiate with UAW at the Tennessee plant where the union won a landmark election (bloomberg.com/news/articles/…), the company just confirmed in a joint statement with UAW. NLRB certified UAW's win, meaning company is legally required to collectively bargain.
