Zambian Judiciary six member delegation who are on a benchmarking visit tour the Labour Court taking time to appreciate the operations of the IECMS system. Registrar Ms Chiedza Kaneta is explaining how the system operates. They are led by Hon Lady Justice Catherine Lombe Phiri.

Deputy Registrar Mr Abraham Hlolokela takes the delegates through the processes involved using the IECMS system, from initial filing of a case untill its finalization.

The Zambian Judiciary six member delegation who are on a benchmarking visit end their three day visit with a discussion on IECMS change management process. Leading the discussions was the Judicial Training Institute of Zimbabwe (JTIZ) Head, Dr Rosalie Katsande.

JSC IT experts , Chief Registrar and her Deputy also made presentations on the IECMS system during the three day visit described by the delegates as an 'eye opener'.
