This is huge - we've got a state-of-the-art protein folding model with a protein language model base to replace the multiple sequence alignment (MSA) step, no database needed and orders of magnitude faster speed! On Hugging Face in today's release - example notebooks incoming!

🧵 ⬇️ Our cluster is in maintenance so I've decided to step up my game with Hugging Face, Gradio and #StableDiffusion . The perfect project? #ClimateGAN ! Its main contrib. is its Masker. So I thought: how good would #StableDiffusion be at in-painting a flood? Spoiler: it's good.
