had a bit of break from everything post inquest ......mental health demanded it ....meeting with @CQC yesterday to explain total "muck up"with prosecution it just gets worse tbc

every meeting re Sallys death just uncovers more angst @CQC were too late in prosecuting Dimensions for sallys death as previous inspector closed investigation down in 2018 didnt even tell me wonder who that was?coroner asked at inquest why it took so long reply "dont know" 🐟

When Dimensions informed Care Quality Commission of Sallys death they failed to notify CQC of missed medication laxido for 10 months and senna cover up from day 1 .I was told in meeting with cqc last week inspector decided to close investigation.there was NEVER an investigation

6 years ago today we lost our Sally and have been traumatised by Dimensions absolute lack of compassion candour and honesty. No one was held to account no one was punished yet we lost her in the most horrendous circumstances God Bless our lovely Sally safe with Mum and Dad
