The weird thing is that this is actually misinformation.

OK as VolokhC free speech points out, in context he is talking about lies re voting times, polling locations, etc. — which actually *can* be restricted under the 1st Am. His wording was way too broad & in isolation the statement is wrong, but that part’s fine. reason.com/volokh/2024/08…

Spot on piece. This line applies to so much of where Meta is today on politics, “Zuckerberg is haunted by hindsight.”

Now things get real. More tomorrow in my newsletter, but Harris had sky high expectations and Trump's were in the basement. She did fantastic at everything from baiting Trump to her made-for-the-internet facial expressions. But, this doesn't move any numbers.
