Interesting poll results! Appeared that anticoagulation contributed to the dramatic CT findings, after a very trivial home fall. Patient became rapidly hypotensive during the procedure. We chose 1:2 glue as embolic agent with great clinical outcome. Many ways to skin the 🐈!
