When I know there’s a park near to where I will be working, I try to give the dogs a run. I know how much Quark loves a roll around on the grass & of course the grass was damp. I was expecting him to be wet & dirty when he’s done playing but credit to him, he kept himself clean

Time to wake up big sis!

I knew Dr Amit Patel would give in! Plus look who’s decided to join us… Dad made it clear that I should avoid all puddles, he’s a little grumpy when he’s cold & wet. Kika’s heard it all before, but I thought I should at least look like I was listening 😂

Now that Kika & Quarkus have had their morning walk, I might be able to get some work done🤞🏽

🎵Sun is shining, the weather is sweet, yeah 🎵 @BlindDad_UK says you can’t go wrong with a little Bob Marley on a sunny day. We had an early park visit before the school run, dad says we wake up too energetic 😂
