Yesterday, an extraordinary event unfolded at Gallery Gold in Kolkata, marking the inauguration of the long-awaited exhibition showcasing the lost art of Sundaban, the Pata Chitra. The occasion was graced by Dr. Andrew Flemming, the British Deputy High Commissioner.

Today, we had the honor of hosting Miss. Barbara Voss, the German Consul General, at our exhibition ChitroPot. It's a significant step towards showcasing the rich culture of Sundarban on a global scale. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the German Consul General for your visit

|| Celebrating Cultural Richness || We are thrilled and deeply honored to announce a momentous occasion in our journey! Today, India Post has unveiled a special cover commemorating the 11th anniversary of the Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage (KSCH).

Yesterday, our founder Shri. Sourav Mukherjee had the pleasure of attending the "SUSTAIN-A-VENTURE" event at Shri Shikshayatan College, just ahead of World Environment Day. It was truly inspiring to witness the enthusiasm and creativity of all the participants.

Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage is working to improve the lives of rural people in the rural areas. By providing education kits, we bridge the gap between students with varying economic backgrounds, promoting equality and creating a more inclusive learning environment.

An abiding memory was meeting these women of Sunderbans and hearing of their bad days - days their houses wash away, land is flooded and animals fall sick or die. Cannot get their words out my mind today, thankful to organisations like KSCH INDIA helping at the coal face 🙏🏻

The 24 Parganas Forest Division (South), Directorate of Forest, Govt. of West Bengal and Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage has played a pivotal role in the relief efforts following Cyclone Remal. We have successfully restored residential places for 5,000 affected families.

Today, (29th July 2024) on World Tiger Day, Kolkata Society for Cultural Heritage was proudly felicitated by the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, Directorate of Forest, Govt. of West Bengal, for our dedicated efforts in tiger conservation. We celebrated this honor by organizing a rally.
