The teams: Scavenger ‘18 Class of 2018 Scavenger: Back in school, the term “scavenger” meant people who didn’t buy anything from the canteen but came around & ate along with their friends who had, during break time. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: BAWUMUZE FC Class of 2022 Bawumuze: Back in school, the term “Bawumuze” meant people who didn’t read much during school days. They only focused when it came to End of year & UNEB exams. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Kasalaba FC Class of 2020 Kasalaba: The Boys’ A-level dormitory takes the shape of the cross. Africa house on one end & Luwangula just adjacent. Kakungulu on the other end & Agakhan just adjacent. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: SASi FC 05 Class of 2010 Sasi: Back then, this meant a small piece of paper onto which answers are written & them smuggled into the exam room. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: NUGU FC Class of 2007 Nugu: This was a dance party organized by S6 boys. Every female student in the school would get in for free but not any male student was allowed in, except for S6 boys only. The ratio of males to females would be 1:5 #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: SOLIDA FC Class of 2011 Solida: The term “solida” meant solidarity. Standing in solidarity with your fellows at all times. Not reporting them or snitching on them to the authorities no matter what! #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Legends FC Classes 1998-2006 Legends: Majorly consists of ex-Uganda Cranes players & former league players, like Bix Veron, Allan, Dan Walusimbi etc #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Showtymers Showtymers FC Class of 2006 Last season’s champions, also achieving that feat unbeaten. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Twaake TWAAKE FC Class of 2019 Twaake: Legend has it that it’s this group that introduced flamboyant football at the lower “Malala” pitch. The quick passing coupled with skillful moves gave birth to the term “twaake” They would often say, “tugende twaake ku pitch.”

The teams: 09-4zTazz FC 4Z Tazz Class of 2009 Known for their muscular endurance on the pitch. Rumor has it that each of them has a gym at home. Feel free to join them for fitness drills every Thursday night in Bukoto. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Mossel Bay FC '15 Class of 2015 Arguably the most vibrant team in the league. When Sheebah said, “vibe ziri waggulu omuziki kweguli.” She meant this lot. #KOSALEAGUE

The teams: Soccer Souls Class of 2016 Bagendeko mpola, or you’ll lose your soul. Very quiet but lethal on the pitch. #KOSALEAGUE
