#BreakingNews: Galveston County Judge Mark Henry signed a VOLUNTARY Evacuation order for Bolivar Peninsula ahead of what is forecast to become Hurricane Francine. The only way on and off the peninsula is TX-87, which will likely be overtaken by storm surge.
