Key take away:
❌Most leadership development programs offered to residents are for chief medicine residents- may not be applicable to surgeons/urologists. Room to grow

Urology PDs report that chief residents are expected to perform diverse leadership roles. Half of programs offer formal training, but these are not typically urology- or chief-specific. Opportunity for adaptable leadership training resources!
