We were privileged to host the Ambassador of Cuba to Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya H.E Dr. Tania Perez Xiques as she was being updated by the Vice Chancellor Prof Eli Katunguka on the progress of recruitment of Cuban Professors to provide expertise in different academic disciplines
