Ladders4Action website was recently used for card testing. The site was not hacked & data is secure, but there were some consequences. Some of our emails were not received & some genuine donations were returned in error. A sincere apology, we are working to resolve the situation

Hannah Thuraisingam Robbins (they/them) Hannah Thuraisingam Robbins (they/them) I only got to know you from a Ladders4Action webinar on the UKRI Covid funding to black academics I attended and I loved you there! Many thanks for this piece, which speaks very close to my heart, as I am co-drafting an article on care ethics for women academics

There are real challenges when it comes to dyslexia & academic study. However, what people often don't talk about is the dyslexic advantage. Hugely grateful for being an academic with severe dyslexia. The higher you go the more of an advantage it is. I hit my stride at PhD level

Great to connect with our postgraduates yesterday as we discussed how to identify & navigate power in academia.Thank you Ladders4Action for running the workshop & enabling us to share personal experiences whilst thinking more critically about the structures of power we encounter

An exploitive part of academia is having to get another job offer to be able to demand my job compensate me fairly. Now more senior scholars flood an already full job market. This particularly disadvantages scholars of color because our work is often boxed in as just “race work.”
