The propositions:

'We need energy security from bad foreign people'

and

'We must ban fracking for gas on these shores'

are mutually exclusive

Yet held simultaneously by many.

How come?

100 years ago there were 2,000,000,000 people on Earth
and the average global temperature was about 14 C

Today there are 8,000,000,000 people - 4 times as many - and the temperature is about 15C - 1 C higher

The idea that global warming's been BAD for humanity is clear bunkum!

No doubt he's bragging about how UK is 'Leading the World' to

And trying to bully developing countries into staying poor by abhoring fossil fuels.

But they, like us, see right through the disgraceful hypocrisy of our 'elite'.

One law for them. Another for us.

We're giving £500 million a year for a totally unnecessary floating wind farm!

Why?

Apparently because 'wind is cheap'.

Seems a funny sort of 'cheap' to me.

We have local elections this week

I'll be voting for the local Residents

All the other parties actively detest ordinary people and want to fine, nudge, chastise, punish and imprison us just for living our own lives the way we choose.

A plague on all their houses!

Latimer Alder What a beautiful symbiosis. We grow and enjoy a great quality of life, and the earth reaps the huge benefits. Harmony and mutual benefit. co2 and fossil fuels are a win-win.

And NASA's satellites have confirmed that more warmth and more CO2 ('the Greenhouse Effect') have indeed made the whole world a greener place

Join me in rejoicing in what humanity has achieved by using Mother Nature's fossil fuels!

We've Made A Greener World!

Are you one of the 1,500,000,000 rich Westerners on Earth?

Convinced that you're Saving the World by cutting emissions and especially by abandoning coal?

The other 6,500,000,000 on the planet don't give a flying fig

Coal hit a new record high last year

This is a greenhouse

We put plants in greenhouses to keep them warm so they grow better.

Commercial growers emit more carbon dioxide into them to make the plants grow better still

==> Warming and CO2 are GOOD for plants

As are greenhouses

Don't be scared of them

POLL: Paying for

The only people who are going to pay for NetZero by 2050 is you and me. The ordinary people

How much of your own money are you willing to spend on it for all of the next 25 years?

Windistas are surprised how fickle their favourite icon is.

And taken aback to realise that it needs 24/7/365 backup (like gas) to keep the lights on.

Here's UK's wind production last month. % of electricty generated.

Please don't retweet lest it ruins their day

Promise?

How to Deprogram A Climate Alarm Cultist

#2 Sea Level

Ask the patient if they can swim

Then tell them that NASA have measured sea level rising at just 1 foot per century.

No more

If they're still hysterical with fear, lend them your wellies

A lovely example of how renewables fans misinform you!

They claim 41% of UK's energy comes from renewables

It doesn't

41% of our electricity came from renewables

But electricity is only 20% of all our energy

So renewables overall are 41% of 20% = 8.2%

Mother Nature in her infinite wisdom has already solved the energy storage problem for us

But we, in our infinite Western arrogance, refuse to use it.

They've such inhibitions in the rest of the world

Worldwide coal use hit record levels last year

At the moment when the wind doesn't blow and the sun doesn't shine we use gas-fired power stations to keep the lights on.

But under , gas has to go! No more gas

So what will we do then?

Batteries aren't up to it.

Will we just live without electricity?

Your thoughts?

If we'd never built a windmill at all, nobody would ever have noticed. The backup systems worked

So why are we building them?

Just use the backup
