Dosbarth Draig have been using their D&T skills to plan, design and build bridges. They then followed this by testing the weight capacity of their builds.

Wow! What an amazing Sleepover for Year 3 and 4! A night full of pizza, games, sweets, hot chocolate, popcorn and movie! We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and has a good night sleep tonight!

Year 3 and 4 Olympic Sports Festival We have had a lovely morning attending the Olympics Sports Festival organised by Actif Young People. The children enjoyed taking part in a variety of sports which included Hockey, Tennis, Netball, Athletics and Touch Rugby. Chwaraeon a Hamdden Actif | Actif Sport & Leisure

Family Activity On Sunday, there will be a Litter Pick starting at Ginst Point from 10am to 12pm. This term we have been learning about rivers/sea and the children can have first hand experience in what is washed up on the beach from the sea. Keep our community clean 🙂

We had a lovely afternoon at our Teddy's Bear Picnic. Children played a range of games, had an ice pop and played with their teddies.

Well Done to all the children who entered competitions at Laugharne Horticultural and Craft Show. The children received their certificates today in assembly. Thank you to Sue Tracey and all involved for the contribution for children to enter the competitions.

Thank you to Annie Hart for coming into our Eco Assembly. She shared with the children the items that are washed up at Ginst Point, especially the plastic materials that can harm the marine life. She showed and discussed with the children how she has recycled the items.

Happy Roald Dahl Day! It was brilliant to see all the children dressed up in a range of characters from Roald Dahl stories. All children have had a lovely day in class completing a range of activities. Thank you for all the effort on the children's outfits.
