This is an astonishing resignation letter from Mark Smith of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. We wait with bated breath for this extremely serious matter to be covered by all of the mainstream media & for government ministers to be rigorously questioned.

The corporate media has ignored how a Foreign Office official has resigned from his post over Britain's complicity in "war crimes" in Gaza. Read his resignation letter here 👇

Happy birthday, brilliant Laura Pidcock. “...take your anger, take your pain, take your frustration, take your deep dissatisfaction with the system and occupy every single space with your politics, without embarrassment, without hesitation & without fear!”

The toddler with the blown apart head managed to survive ten months of genocide. His parents managed to shield him and protect him for ten months before an Israeli/American bomb destroyed his beautiful face. Young children don’t have long memories, this genocide is all he knew.

“Netanyahu wants to set the region on fire. His only chance of survival is to drag America into a war with Hezbollah & Iran. This is a fundamental threat to world peace. Everyone should be hoping for his downfall.” David Hearst

If there’s one big failure of the Corbyn movement, it’s the disconnect between a grassroots that desperately tried to protect each other & another layer of people who thought they were “above all that”. The result was the defeat - no movement can win unless it defends itself 💯

Just absolutely scandalous reporting by BBC News (UK). How can this be acceptable? Inaccurate, historically & geographically illiterate & ultimately dishonest.

Yesterday, I needed 4 shots of anesthetic so a dentist cld drill into a cavity that was so close to a nerve they considered a root canal…it was still painful. I could not stop thinking of the babies in Gaza being amputated without anesthetic. 10 babies every day for 327 days.

When Parliament returns I want to know what action every single member of parliament will take to contribute to stopping the genocide in Gaza? Every MP has agency. There are no excuses for lack of action. The slaughter is ongoing. Ask them now, what will they do?

I want to know what MPs who consider themselves to be on the ‘left’ of the political spectrum will do to support the activists who have worked tirelessly over the last 10 months of this gruesome genocide? What practical support from your elected position have you/will you give?

About a week ago, the Labour government ordered the biggest single-day deportation of migrants in British history. Labour will not say where they sent them.

Most political institutions in UK are devoid of politics. Most MPs & councillors just do what they are told. Even Party ‘group’ meetings are in the main politically sterile. It’s a truly rotten culture of unthinking, unquestioning managerialism to preserve the status quo.
