Watching the teens last night explore the topic of insecurity was really powerful. The empathy for each other, and humanity, was overflowing. I'm so moved by them.

Imagine: a plump Thai elderly man on his bike, his pup attached on a leash beside him, fishing pole in hand. There's few things that bring warmth to my whole body like seeing people do what brings them joy.

Coming more fully alive after so much disembodiement is a wild, wild ride for folks.

Trauma teaches you to be contained, cautious, fearful. Healing sets you free. You deserve freedom. We all do.

Stop trying to force what doesn’t align. Ask, work, and wait for what you actually want.

Why does sooooo much inspiration come when you're falling asleep?! Taking notes on my phone one last time and then refusing to listen to anything else my brain conjures up!

Some gym sessions are energizing, some are exhausting. Same could be said with therapy as well.

I've got to say. Being able to eat whatever you want, makes it a lot harder to not eat whatever you want.

Kaos is rocking my actual world.

I am incredibly empathetic to the suffering of others. Life is wildly painful, and we all carry it's indelible mark. Who I have very limited compassion for is those who refuse to pursue healing, and simultaneously blame those they're harming.
