Describe what you want. If you can’t imagine it, you can’t become it. I don’t mean to say that if you describe it, you will become it, but positive language precedes positive change.

You go where you look. A reader of Leadership Freak reminded me what happens when you're learning to ride a bike and all you think about is not crashing into that tree. What happens. You crash into that tree. Focus on problems you move toward problems. Focus on Solutions.
