This reanalysis is unserious and low quality: - No confidence intervals or p values to base conclusions on, just point estimates - Averages effect sizes without weightings - No test of moderation, which is the claim they state they want to test 🚩 🚩 🚩

This interesting paper by Johanna Woitzel and Alex Koch shows that people's tendency to attribute negative qualities to their political opponents is lower when their party is in power. Easier to extend an olive branch when you're holding the cards! psycnet.apa.org/record/2025-17…

To put "far too many" into context: Conservative estimates of the Gazan population that have died/will die are ~2.5x higher (per capita) than those killed during the Bosnian Genocide Hard to be enthusiastic about this candidate

As a junior academic, I was advised to avoid writing about racism until after tenure. Some senior colleagues feared that discussing structural discrimination or critical race theory might limit opportunities. Here’s why I chose to ignore that advice. 🧵(1/)

Excited to share my latest work, w/Angus Hildreth, now in press at Organization Science ! How are some criminals able to get away with wrongdoing at work for months or even years? Here we consider loyalty's role in creating a network of support for wrongdoers 1/7 🧵

This is one of my favorite papers to assign for incoming graduate students. And, re-reading it for this morning's class gave me some reminders I needed myself. ✨ journals.biologists.com/jcs/article/12…
