After 3 days it's finished. Dove grey. Bit boring. I find the coving tricky because you can't masking tape it. The next big paint job is in June and my mother-in-law's flooded flat. I don't like painting but think it may be an easy way to supplement my rubbish retirement income?

Been up since 6:30 am so thought I'd might as well finish painting the kitchen. Thank god that's done. Such jobs always take longer than you think. How much would a decorator charge? I don't know but I wouldn't mind doing a few jobs a year to supplement my income. 🙂

Why did the Welsh govt spend £2.4 million on such puerile adverts 👇 in 2022 when Wales has a problem attracting visitors, especially international visitors and is marketed poorly as a tourist destination?

This is our local campsite... it's been this way for about 3 weeks now. Yes... the water is where the tents are normally pitched. Hope things improve this summer. Tourist numbers were down in both 2022 and 2023, more than any other region in the UK.
