Davide Capodanno The Valve sizes implanted were slightly larger in the Evolut arm, ie. more oversizing. At Karolinska we use more oversizing w Acurate since 2 years and our PVL rate is 3% with about 8% pacemakers. The Acurate sizing chart is just a bit off, that is my take on this.
