We got a group photograph of our Fit4Lifers who ran in the Donegal Half Marathon. Brilliant to see them racing. It proves that consistent training can pay fantastic dividends.

Tonight we are heartbroken to hear of the passing of our clubmate Aidan McGlynn who toed the line so often in the black and amber of our club. We offer our sincere condolences to his wife Cathy, his mother and father, brothers and sisters and all his friends. May he rest in peace
