I've been doing judo & jiu jitsu for many years. I love it. It's a great way to continuously get humbled by reality.

Finished 10 mile run. I've recently lost my way a bit mentally & physically. Feels great to get back to running. A long-distance run while listening to a history audiobook is my happy place 🤣
