We're three games into the Slot era. We've won all three without conceding a goal, including a 3-0 win away to our biggest rivals. We're only going to get better. This is going to be a special time to be a Liverpool fan.

The amount of times last season I almost had a heart attack or we had to come from behind to get a result. Three games, three clean sheets, and we've looked in complete control in all of them. It's a refreshing feeling.

You can tell from that interview that Salah wants to stay. He's waiting for us to offer him something. This is possibly the best version of him we've seen. We need to slap a contract down on the table as soon as possible.

If Richard Hughes isn't on the phone to Salah's agent tomorrow to get him signed to a new deal, he needs to be sent back on the first coach down to Bournemouth immediately.

It's disgraceful that we're in the position where Salah is coming out in interviews saying that we haven't offered him a new deal with 9 months left on his contract. He's practically begging us to open talks. All three contract situations have been handled incredibly poorly.

We've been about as close to perfect as you can get in the opening three games, but you can tell from Slot's interview that he still wants more. Edwards hit the jackpot. He's so clearly the truth.

In a 3 minute interview on Sky Sports, Slot basically dissected United’s entire game plan and how easy it was to play against them. Ten Hag’s been there almost 2 and a half years 😭😭😭

I’m struggling to think of a more sickening experience in football than being humiliated by your biggest rivals. It’s becoming almost a season occurrence for United now that we stick a minimum of 3 past them. I don’t know how they do it. I’d have wanted to quit the sport.

I really, really hope Chiesa succeeds because I don't think I can ever recall a new signing genuinely being so happy to be here.

• Fabinho: Al-Ittihad • Thiago: Retired • Henderson: Ajax • Milner: Brighton • Keita: On his way to Istanbul Basaksehir • Oxlade-Chamberlain: Besiktas That’s the midfield that only 2 years ago Klopp had 3 results away from a quadruple with 92 points. Good lord.

We were top of the league and sticking 7 past Palace at Christmas, losing six on the bounce at home a few months later, then getting Top 4 with a Rhys Williams/Nat Phillips defensive partnership and a 95th minute Alisson header. Yep, this season wasn’t real.

Nothing screams international break brain rot more than people having a debate about whether Alexis Mac Allister is a good player.

Suarez scored 31 goals in 33 games while playing alongside Joe Allen, Jon Flanagan, Kolo Toure and Aly Cissokho. If he played in this City side and was managed by Pep Guardiola, he’d have 100 goals by now. Haaland couldn’t lace Suarez’s boots.
