Despite a gorgeous camping trip last weekend, I’ve struggled this week. I’ve been swamped & overwhelmed again with powerful thoughts of self-dislike & the sense I’m a waste of space. Thankfully I’m heading back to the surface again & watching wee Jess swim reminds me to smile.
