Looking forward very much to 'Lincolnshire Folk Tales Reimagined', ed. Rory Waterman, due 2025 from @FiveLeavesBooks. Here's a quick interview about how I tracked down a story of a ghostly soldier- with a side-serving of that Lincolnshire delicacy, haslet! lincolnshirefolktalesproject.com/2024/08/12/ant…

A very good evening round the fire with Lincolnshire folk songs & tales. Many thanks to Chris & Mike for their hospitality and supplying delicious baked potatoes. A very enjoyable evening which we hope we can repeat next year. All donations went to Mcmillian Cancer Support.

A mythmaking workshop with the wonderful Time Will Tell Theatre today at The Lawn, Lincoln, as part of the NTU School of Arts and Humanities Arts and Humanities Research Council Lincolnshire Folk Tales Project. Big and small people made stories and fun, and learned about the Lincoln Imp and how it REALLY got to be where it is.

The perfect evening. Lincolnshire Lore at the Blue Room in Lincoln. Loved listening to Time Will Tell theatre recounting local folklore tales like the Lincoln Imp, Byard's Leap, & Greestone Steps... so that's why you hear a thud as you walk down those steps. 😲👻😈🐮🧙‍♀️ Lincolnshire Folk Tales Project
