#Russia complains to the #UN that Ukraine's ‘provocations’ in Kursk region ‘affected civilians’. They forgot that the world is not watching Russian TV bullshit, so it knows very well who started that unnecessary and unprovoked war. Don’t like it? Leave Ukraine and home!

#Ukraine ‘disarmed’ the pride of the Russian army, exposed its vulnerability, and striked a strong blow to the trampling Western strategists. Ukraine must be allowed to use all weapons and finish off the enemy. Saving the ‘innocence’ of the aggressor is not a strategy.

#Russia trapped. Conscripts in the Kursk region surrender by the thousands because they want to live. Thousands of regular troops are about to be surrounded and nobody cares about them. Everything happens strictly according Putin’s plan that simply does not exist.

The Kursk operation revealed much more than the helplessness of #Russia’s intelligence and military leadership. It clearly showed everyone who still doubts that Russia's ‘red lines’ and apocalyptic threats are a complete bluff.

#Ukraine continues its march on #Russia’s territory, has already occupied 1,250 sq km of territory, 92 settlements, thousands of soldiers are cut off from supplies, and Putin is visiting #Azerbaijan with diplomatic mediation initiatives. Everything is going according to plan.

30 years passed- it’s hard to believe! These young, inexperienced soldiers were proud of their first mission with #NATO troops. I am grateful to #Denmark, my friend Minister of Defense Hans Haekkerup for the priceless investment in #Lithuania's path to #NATO in 1994.

#OTD 35 y ago, about 2 mln people from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia stood in a human chain from Vilnius to Tallinn, demonstrating unity, determination and a strong will to be independent! It was a protest against the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, which stole the future. #NeverAgain

Today is #Ukraine's Independence Day. Blue yellow has already become the colors of freedom, and the struggle and victory of Ukraine has become our national goal. Today is also our holiday. #RazomDoPeremogi, #SlavaUkraini

Those in the West who are still forbidding #Ukraine to strike deep into #Russia with supplied weapons must understand that this is the only way to force Russia to negotiate for peace. They must withdraw these absurd bans immediately.

Linas Linkevicius (@linkeviciusl) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Some in the West were offended by Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський's harsh criticism at the Vilnius #NATO summit. Now again ‘sensitivity’ due to criticism of delays in military support commitments. What is more important here, ‘sensitivity’ or the price of Ukrainian victims?

Linas Linkevicius (@linkeviciusl) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#Russia is afraid of negotiations. They wouldn’t if the captured territories were surely in their hands. The negotiations with such 'partners' as Russia can only be prepared on the battlefield. Those who really want to stop provoking Russia must give unrestricted aid to #Ukraine.

Ukrainians are smart in finding non-standard methods of warfare, but that’s not enough. Russians continue to shell civilian targets without scruple, but the West is still "protecting" Russia's interior from Ukraine’s attacks. What else has yet to happen to change that obstinacy?

Linas Linkevicius (@linkeviciusl) 's Twitter Profile Photo

918th day of #Russia’s invasion. Isn't it too long? The question is not for the Ukrainians, but for the West. Where’s that half of the world's economic potential and constantly delayed military aid? When will we understand that Russia is provoked by our own drawn ‘red lines’?

Linas Linkevicius (@linkeviciusl) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#OTD 31 years ago, #Russia’s army was withdrawn from #Lithuania. Freedom and independence became more real. There was still a lot of uncertainty back then. Now that's history. The success story of a free country. Let’s celebrate!

Wheels up to Tbilisi conference with mixed feelings. Huge respect for this brave nation and growing frustration at the inability to mobilize for country's future. #Georgia deserves to be free, fought hardly to become a member of the Euro-Atlantic family. Tipping point is now.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський (@zelenskyyua) 's Twitter Profile Photo

It is entirely justified for Ukrainians to respond to Russian terror by any means necessary to stop it. Every day and night, our cities and villages endure enemy attacks. Just in the past week, Russia has launched over 160 missiles of various types, 780 guided aerial bombs, and

That's how #Russia behaving being 'unprovoked'. Yesterday it attacked children's social and psychological rehabilitation center and an orphanage in Sumy. What other arguments would convince the West to allow #Ukraine to strike Russia with long-range missiles?

Anyway, public statements that the #US condemns Russian attacks against civilian objects in Ukraine are not enough. So what? Maybe someone could provide some arguments and reasons why #Ukraine is not allowed to use US weapons to hit military targets in the depths of #Russia?

The day after the deadliest attack in Poltava, in which more than 50 people were killed, Putin killed an entire family, including three children, in Lviv. When the West finally realizes that #Russia won't stop until #Ukraine is allowed to strike all over Russia with all weapons?

Glad to meet good friend, former #NATO boss Anders Fogh Rasmussen, to remember the work at the NATO Council. Now it is much more important - united work for the freedom of #Ukraine. The civilized world has the strength to stop #Russia’s aggression, but it must also have the will to do so.
