Not all proteins arise from consecutive codons. We developed a new tool - PRFect - to identify programmed ribosomal frameshifts. Designed, built, trained, and tested with #phage genomes, it also works on #bacteria and #eukaryotes too. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
