I was meant to go to a celebration today but felt anxious so opted out. This evening’s scenes of #antiracist protestors are amazing, empowering & give hope. Thank you for taking a stand, reinforcing that the racist #riots we’ve witnessed represents a dangerous few not the many 🙏🏽

Dear Global Majority Sisters & Brothers, the pain of racism is ever present. We’re hyper vigilant, cut by m/aggressions & structural hurdles. Current events erode our being & racial battle fatigue sets in. Your 1st step is self-care. Look after yourself and others. REST

If you have friends who are of colour, check on them. This is a horrific time for us all. Thank you to every single one of you for getting in touch, mobilising and standing with us. And, the silence of others- deafening. And still like air, we rise… #antiracism #RiotsUK
