Let's make it clear: living on the streets is not a ‘lifestyle choice’ - it is a sign of failed government policy. No one should be punished for being homeless. Criminalising people for sleeping in tents, and making it an offence for charities to help them, is unacceptable.

Improving quality of later life sometimes means less medical intervention not more. This should be the patient's informed decision. Older people and their families need to have realistic conversations with their doctors including about levels of intervention they want. (5/5)

Gaza UPDATE: Following strikes, today MSF teams responded yet again to mass casualty influxes at the MSF clinic & Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, and at Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir El Balah. This comes just days after Nasser Hospital received hundreds injured and killed.
