🇦🇺 Some absolutely astonishing figures recorded Down Under, which only deepen the gap Super League must try to lessen... loverugbyleague.com/post/nrl-sets-…

We could have had an extra 2 points this season through draws...... I've never liked golden point, zero reward for drawing after 80 minutes.

IMG isn't for keeping rugby league in other parts of the country. They seem so far to have zero plan to support the game outside the heartlands and ring fencing the established clubs.

There’s your chance IMG @RFL, do you want us or not? It’s in your hands - make the right call. Far better team today London Broncos against the most recognised RL team in the UK.

Mike Eccles is a very talented coach but he’s also a first class bloke. He is a superb ambassador for London Broncos. He achieved the near impossible getting them promoted and hasn’t once moaned despite having any realistic chance of survival taken away before a ball was kicked

David Hughes has personally pumped in a lot of money into the London Broncos academy. It's bearing fruits and the club was promoted to Super League last season with a large core of academy products. They are the heartbeat of rugby league in the south east of England and vital.

The 2024 year of rugby league is a strange one. It's a transition year before the implementation of IMG's vision. For the first time in years we don't know if anyone's going up from the Championship, a team relegated before the season started and Hull FC are awful yet safe.

Reiterating my tweet just now. It's a dead rubber season. Hull FC are a grade A side yet have been absolutely dire this season. They'd struggle in the Championship but off the field matters the most and takes away the sporting on the pitch jeopardy that makes sport exciting!!
