Totally agree Terrific work Emma Colgrave. The community services learning lounge Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a great initiative to support problem solving and ensure respect when caring for people in their own home 👏👏

More areas will follow as we roll out & expand the Improving Together training but any ward interested in how we can improve, take a look at the Forest huddle.

We're thrilled to have our first weight-assisted treadmill for patients needing rehabilitation. Thank you to our Trust charity Brighter Futures 💙, our therapists for their fundraising efforts, and to NHS Charities Together 💙 who donated a significant amount to get us over the finishing line.

Fantastic results. Huge thank you to all the teams involved. So great to know we have prevented a damaging protracted stay in hospital for 30 people this month enabling them to return home safely #teamswindon

Our hospital site is very busy and we are experiencing extremely high numbers of patients coming through our urgent and emergency services. Please only come to hospital if you really need to and if you are unsure what to do, use the NHS 111 service in the first instance.
