A small update. He's been talking alot more! Very faint and hard to comprehend sometimes. Still great nonetheless. They had him standing on Friday. He was really shaky at first but he did really well. He is still SUPER sassy 🤣 Getting more stronger each day :)

Hi all. He is doing great. He had A LOT of urine in his bladder that he wasn't letting out. They put a catheter in to keep it drained and empty. They want to let it deflate and go back to its normal size. We have no idea if he was holding it in or he couldn't let it out. (Pt 1/2)

Hi everyone! He has been doing amazing! In great moods and laughing more than ever. It's great to see. :) He will hopefully be getting moved back to the rehabilitation center tomorrow. They decided not to do the intense PT at the hospital. Which is OK. Love you all ❤️

Hi, Kylie here. Louie is doing okay. Still getting quite a few stomach cramps, but he is just pushing through the C. Diff right now. It's not the most comfortable thing to go through, but he is doing great. Happy Sunday ☕️

Hi friends. Louie is doing good. Getting better each day. He is getting his humor and personality back. He was pretty confused from the C. Diff. Hoping to continue to give good news to you all! He just recently celebrated his anniversary with my mom ❤️ 29 years together :)

So sorry for not updating. Not mich has been going on. He is getting better and better. He hopefully will be moving to the rehab facility tomorrow or Tuesday! Hoping for no more complications and rehab will go smoothly for him :)

Hi all. He is doing okay. Getting better each day. He is still in the hospital. He is all clear from the C.Diff but he is still having some stomach pains, they are trying to figure out the cause. Hoping to get him back into rehab soon for some needed PT. Love yall 💓

Hi all. Not much new has happened. He's been suffering with some pretty rough stomach pains. I heard this can happen after having C.Diff. The doctors are doing what they can to find a solution to the pains. Still in the hospital :( I'll let you know if more changes.

Doing about the same. His mood is dropping sadly. We are doing what we can to keep his spirits up. Hoping those damn stomach pains go away soon. I feel so awful for him. Keep him in your prayers please. He will get better i know, the waiting just absolutely sucks.

Hi all. Lou is doing okay. He does a little bit of PT everyday and can ALMOST stand up on his own. Still have some stomach bloating but they are taking care of it. Truly one day at a time. Love you all ❤️

They are in the precess of trying to have him not rely on the feeding tube anymore. He just hasn't been a huge fan of eating or the food that is at the hospital. We are thinking of some home food we can bring him. We are hoping he gets released to PT soon. (Pt 1)

He has been able to get himself up on the side of the bed all on his own. He has been moving his right hand more and more as well. Mood still isn't the best but the hospital got him on some anti-depressants to try to help with that. It's been really hard lately but baby steps (2)

Hi friends of Lou. He is doing alright. He hasn't been wanting to eat and his stomach rejects the food from the feeding tube so they had to go in and put in a J tube which is a feeding tube that goes into his intestine to get nutrients to him. One day at a time :)

We are hoping to get him to rehab next week. Ugh I really hope. I know he wants to come home so badly. Almost there I hope!
