I agree, but it is still ok to discuss and criticize, especially when the preferences have become so skewed that it is actively impacting the dating pool in a major way. If for no other reason than to help those individuals understand just how unrealistic their standards are.

That is not true, though. It may seem like that because those states are the most likely to flip the election because they are the most inconsistent, but it doesn't mean other states can't flip or that those states' electoral votes don't matter.

That 23.6% represents the majority of all taxes collected by our government. The wealthiest 1% pay wildly more than they consume in terms of services already. Taxing the rich won't fix anything other than feed the big government monster.

Did we talk about the fact that until Musk bought Twitter that EVERY social media platform was owned by people who aggressively supported Democrats and who have admitted to suppressing right wing voices to try to influence public perception?

Where exactly do the funds come from to pay for the UBI? Of course, it is a forced redistribution of wealth. (aka theft) The system isn't rigged in favour of the wealthy; it's rigged in favour of the most productive, which is why it works so well.

No, its not. Capitalism was the first (and only) economic model to generate enough wealth to END things like slavery and genocide.

You would almost think the military-industrial complex has more lobbying power than homeless people. That said, pouring money into solving homelessness has never proven useful. Homelessness is a byproduct of lack of economic opportunity, not lack of funding.

Yes. Economic opportunity tends to reduce crime. It's just the mistake people make is that economic opportunity typically isn't the result of social programs, but rather, it is a product of a well-functioning free market.

The problem isn't guns; it certainly isn't guns owned by legal gun owners, which the Liberals seem obsessed with going after. The problem is people who choose to act criminally, which is largely driven by economic need due to your party's disastrous economic policies.

They have proven they are biased and untrustworthy, but they have done so in his favour. I find it shocking when liberals suggest that the media is biased against them when our media is overwhelmingly positive about the left while being overwhelmingly negative about the right.

BREAKING: climate alarmist scientists make another apocalyptic claim just like they have been doing for a century. Weirdly, not a single one has come true. Earth is currently getting greener because plant growth is flourishing. (as observed by scientists)

I'm all for celebrating people who overcome addiction, but why do we never celebrate those who resist addiction in the first place? Our society prioritizes the romance of overcoming crisis over the stability of avoiding it.

The electoral college has an essential purpose, and it was designed to ensure that the republic could form and stay united. The US isn't a democracy because the founders knew that by consolidating all political power into cities they would lose rural (food producing) states.

Does anyone else find it frustrating that if you engage with those you disagree with on this platform, your "feed" quickly ends up only being posts by those with whom you disagree?

Louper (@louper5) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Precisely this, we need to lean more into this sort of dialogue. We can't accept their supposition that capitalism lacks empathy. It's the opposite; capitalists know that the free market creates the best quality of life for the largest percentage of the population.

Suddenly, all I see are posts about how anyone right of center is a Russian asset. Trump, Musk, Poilievre, Gabbard, Influencers, the works. It's shocking how fast the left-wing propaganda machine aligns behind a new narrative.
