In Newnan, Bottoms Up is the first building in RINS Park-Phase 1, a new commercial development located at the corner of I-85 and Highway 29. The site and building exterior were designed to meet the Quality Development Corridor District requirements.

The General Aviation Terminal and Corporate Hangar Complex Development has transformed the Southwest Georgia Regional Airport (ABY). Through 5 main phases, the project included demolition of existing structures, 46,935 SF hangar, 5,462 SF terminal and related site improvements.
