As I lay here with a sick kiddo’s arms wrapped around me, I’m remembering that parents actually quarantined their own children away from them during Covid. These are not the people to decide who should be running this country.

I’m traveling in Morocco right now with solely women. I was concerned for my safety. The trains are innumerably faster and cleaner than the subways or the LIRR. When I got off the train at the super modern Tangiers station, notably there were no homeless or mentally unwell.

I had to leave Brooklyn for this to be in my son’s morning. Catching him up, but it’s never too late. 🇺🇸
